UTHS Coaches

The UT track coaches are not the typical coaches that you usually see. These coaches spend their time to help us be better and they do this out of the kindness of their hearts. They volunteer to help coach us and teach us to be better athletes, students, and overall better people. The coaching staff is nice, friendly, smart, and were grand athletes too. Coaches Feller and Hood both hold school track records here at UTHS. The records here at UT are looked at everyday by athletes that choose their goals to go up and beyond those who previously were the best. Our track team has strong competetion amongst each other on our own team.

These coaches are some of the best coaches around. When these, one of a kind, coaches were in high school, they made their presence known. They know what the pressure, fame, and hard work feels like, that is why they are good at what they do. They focus all their attention to make the athletes all better than they use to be, so that they can reach much higher goals in their track career. The coaches that are here always get help when they need too. If the coaches retire from coaching, they find new youthful and talented coaches to help make us better. Coach Andrew Round was promoted to the head coach of the girls team, Coach Evan Holschbach was brought in to UT to help us get a new youthful coach, and Coach David Hochgesang become a coach for the girls to take the spot of Coach Schlagheck.
