Jumpers
With all sports you have those that are odd, or different, than any other group of athletes. That's where the UTHS jumpers come into play. The jumpers here do weird flips, jumps, and skills, that are not like any other. The jumpers of UThs, jump high and are very competetive. The jumpers consist of pole vault, high, long, and triple jump.
The high jumpers are a group of individuals that have weird, but great talent for jumping high. The jumpers' workout is unlike most other workouts, with flips and weird excercises show off their flexibility and strength. The UTHS high jumpers jump off of a 8 inch box, "jump box," to get some extra height in their spring.
The pole vaulters are a group of athletes with extravagant skills and talent. Able to jump over 13 feet is a huge height to clear for anyone. These athletes are just incredible at what they do. The vaulters can do some very strange, but great things with vaulting, and they are an amazing sight to see.
The long and triple jumpers are just the oppisite of all over jumpers at UTHS because they don't do fancy flips, or weird unusual things. What the long and triple jumpers do have is the will for unbeatable distance in their jumps. These jumpers jump using power and loads of speed that make them fly into the sand pit.
The UT jumpers have came up with a work out plan that will help the ahtletes greatly in their goals. The jumpers don't do everything super tough, but they do have tough spirits. Their schedule covers a lot of their usuals and sometimes don't follow the schedule, because track meets get in the way. The schedule can be viewed by clicking this link: Track HJ Schedule.
