Class of 2020: The deadline to have a senior picture included in the yearbook is quickly approaching. Contact Photographic Arts as quickly as possible to schedule an appointment 762-6662. The yearbook photo session is absolutely FREE, so get those appointments made soon! If you are unable to go to the studio, never fear...you can still be a part of the yearbook. Seniors will be able to have their picture taken at UTHS on October 1 from 7:30-1:15.

September is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month and the UTHS Young Women's Club and Family Resources invite you to visit the Teen Dating Awareness table in the commons today during your lunch period.
Are you interested in current events, government, or the law? Do you love to debate? UT’s new club YMCA Youth & Government might be for you! Join teens across Illinois as you take on the roles of government officials. Become a leader who challenges the way we see the world. The program is limited to 10 students and will be first-come, first served. See Ms. Eisenband in room 216S for more information!

Attention College bound seniors! If you need help filling out the FAFSA or college applications, please sign up in the counseling office. We will have a representative from ISAC here on Thursday mornings to assist you.
In addition, we will have a college application day on Thursday, September 19th from 9am until 2pm. At this time, our ISAC representative will help you fill out college applications. In order to complete most college applications, you will need to know your social security number and have a credit or debit card to pay the application fee.

Last night the tennis team rocked Rock Island and rolled to a 7-2 victory. Reese Williams, Nicole Boodhoo, Nan Li, Iman Adam, Hailey Pappas, Khrystina Reynolds, and Rabha Haroun all contributed to UT's victory. The Panther's next home meet will be senior night on Thursday, September 26th @ 4pm. Please come out and help us celebrate and send off our wonderful, hardworking seniors!
