Christmas is just around the corner and several Quad City families are in need of your help keeping warm and putting toys under their trees. You can do your part by purchasing a new toy or donating some new or like new Winter clothing. The Marines are most in need of toys for boys and girls ages 10-12 “The Oasis” is most in need of Winter coats for all ages. If you or another family you know is in need of assistance this holiday season they must be registered at the Toys For Tots Distribution Center before THIS Saturday December 7th and if you are interested in participating in one of the two evening fieldtrips there are still a few spots available for the first night THIS Thursday December 5th there are also spots available for the 2nd Field-Trip Thursday December 12th see Mr. Burklund in 259 North for a permission slip. Winter clothing for “The Oasis” will be accepted until the end of the semester and the toys deadline is Thursday December 12th. Drop off all donations in the General Office or 259 Northcash and checks accepted make checks payable to: UTHS Toys For Tots.    

Attention Students and Staff:

It is almost time for the John Deere Committee to select the 2nd quarter recipients for going above and beyond the call of duty. Please take a few minutes to nominate a deserving student or staff member. Remember, all students can be nominated, but only seniors are eligible to receive the award this year.


The next Girl Crush meeting will be Tuesday, December 10th at 7:15am in room 243N! Everyone is welcome! Hope to see you all there!


Seniors, 3 new Scholarships have been added to the Scholarship folder as of 11/19/19. Stop into the counseling office and check them out! 


"The Lady Panther Bowlers opened up the season with a win against Kewanee yesterday.  Leading the way for the Varsity bowlers were Ashlyn Burkeybile and Regina Harmening.

JV bowlers also won their matches to make it a sweep at all levels.  Top bowlers were: Addison Fanella and Emilee Egan Hernandez."
