GENERAL INFORMATION:

UT showed how much they cared for the needy children of the Quad Cities, when 21 students and four chaperones and their family volunteered to help the US Marine Toys For Tots program last night. The students and staff filled the orders for 50 families in 1 hour. This year Toys For Tots is expected to help 2,400 families and this year only 650 family orders have been filled and to make matters worse donations are down 30% from last year. If you know of a family that needs help with toys this year the Toys For Tots Registration ends this Saturday December 7th.  It’s not too late to help one of these needy families, by donating a new unwrapped toy or money, make checks out to: UTHS Toys For Tots drop off money or check in the General Office or 259 north by Thursday December 12th.
