UT will be participating in the 25th annual US Marine Corps Toys For Tots This year over 5,000 families will register for assistance, which translates to over 14,000 children who would not have a toy under the tree without your gracious donations. You can help the less fortunate children by donating a new unwrapped toy; simply drop it off in Mr. Burklund’s room at 259N or in the General Office by Tuesday December 14th. Two evening field trips open to all UT students to the Toys For Tots Distribution Center are planned for Thursday December 9th and Tuesday December 14th, but space is limited to only “25” students per night; pick up permission slips in 259 north. If you know of a family who may be in need help this Christmas they will need to register Online at the US Marine Corps Toys for Tots website Registration ends December 1st.
