ATTENTION SENIORS! If you have not yet picked up your cap and gown, PLEASE do so in the General Office before Friday.
Students, UTHS has a cell phone policy update next school year that we would like to communicate now. Starting in the 2023-2024 school year students are not permitted to use cell phones or earbuds in classroom or learning spaces. Students will be allowed to have their cell phones during passing periods and lunch. Earbuds and phones will not be permitted from bell to bell in classroom and learning spaces. Teachers will have calculator pouches students are required to use if students bring phones or earbuds to class. Students always have the right to leave their phone and earbuds in their locker. Violation of this policy is an automatic referral to student services.
Seniors, please check your school email for a handout regarding graduation. If you do not have it in your email then please stop by the general office to pick up a physical copy. Graduation practice will be Friday, May 26th from 1:05-3:00 in Gym B.
It is time to return library books and Chromebooks. If you have overdue library books or a library Chromebook, please return them to the library. To avoid paying a bill, please take care of your responsibilities.
Today, Wednesday, May 24, is the last day to pick up signature booklets during lunches. Thursday and Friday, they will be available for pick up in 126E before school from 7:30 to 7:50 and after school until 3:30. If you did not preorder a book, you may pay for a reserved copy of the yearbook in the general office starting today Wednesday, May 24. The cost is $60 and you will receive your signature booklet. Yearbooks will then be distributed to those who have paid for a copy in Mid to late July. We have a limited supply of reserved copies and they will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

"Anyone interested in joining the speech team next year should come to our meeting at 3:15 this Thursday in Mr. Greer's room, 224E. We will announce next year's captains and talk about event prep. We hope to see many of you there!"
SPORTS:
The 2023 Football season is right around the corner and Panther football is on the hunt for Managers! Our managers are a huge part of our program and we are looking for individuals that are interested in being a part of a fast paced, team oriented and FUN experience.
If you are interested in being a Football Manager, there will be a sign up sheet by room 174N (in the athletic hallway), and an informational meeting on Thursday May 25th in room 212S. Hope to see you there! Thank you and GO Panthers.
There will be a meeting on Wednesday right after school for anyone interested in running cross-country in the fall! The meeting should be brief. If you are not able to make it, please stop down and see Coach Webber in room 196V or email him with any questions.
