Senior Baby Ads - Info and Form

Dear Parents/Guardians of UNITED TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL 2023 SENIORS:

It’s hard to believe, but in less than a year, your child’s stay at UTHS will be nothing more than a memory. Who knows what this year will bring, so let’s make this keepsake as special and individualized as possible! Senior Recognition or Baby Ads are a tradition among graduating students that let them know how much they are cared for by you. You know your child is amazing – why not show them that in their senior yearbook? This is your opportunity to let them know how proud of them you are!  Your recognition ad will be printed and remembered forever! By purchasing a space in the back of the book, you can tell them how special they are with your own pictures and in your own words. Let’s give them the recognition they deserve!

There are 3 ways to submit a form to purchase a baby ad for your graduating senior.

1. Download, print, and fill out the PDF below, then return it with your child's photo to the UTHS general office or to Mrs. Green in 126E. Payment must be made online through the Webstore/Revtrak (directions included in the document).

2. Fill out the linked Google Form. You must have a Google account to use this option. You can submit your child's photo in hard copy, through the Google Form, or via email to [email protected]. Payment must be made online through the Webstore/Revtrak (directions included in the Google Form).

3. Make a copy of the form in Google Docs by opening this link. You must have a Google account to use this option. When done filling out the form, submit it and your child's photo using the directions at the bottom of the form. Payment must be made online through the Webstore/Revtrak (directions included in the Google Form).
