Great news, Panthers, the 2026 yearbooks have arrived! Yearbooks will be distributed next week, starting Tuesday, May 26, during the lunch periods. Pick-up will be in the Student Services side of the Hallway of Values. You must have your student ID, a state issued ID or driver's license to receive your book. December graduates may pick up their books from the General Office during school hours 8:00am - 3:00pm starting on Tuesday. The Spring section of the yearbook should arrive sometime in June. Pick-up details for the supplement will be announced when they arrive.
Students, today, Friday, May 22, will be the final day for the 4:15 and 5:15 activity buses. There will be no 4:15 or 5:15 activity buses next week.
Seniors, if you ordered a cap and gown after the ordering deadline and haven’t received it yet, please stop by during your lunch, or before or after school.
Attention all students: locker cleanout will take place for second-floor lockers on Tuesday, May 26th, and for first-floor lockers on Wednesday, May 27th. When it is your day, you will be dismissed for Panther Pride Time to go quickly to your locker. Anything that can be recycled (used paper, plastic bottles, or aluminum cans) will go in recycling bins. Anything that can be reused (unused paper, pens, pencils, or folders and notebooks that are in good condition) will go in cardboard boxes. Trash and waste will go in the garbage cans. NHS members will be standing by to help if you need assistance. Getting your locker cleaned this week is a way to do your part to keep our school looking fresh, and it gets us all one step closer to summer! Thanks for your cooperation!
Students! The ABC countdown continues this week as follows:
05/22- Vsco day
Tuesday - Weird Socks
The time to preorder a yearbook for $50 has passed, but that doesn't mean you can't still reserve a copy of this year's annual. Yearbooks may be purchased in the General Office for $60. We have about 20 books left on the reserved list, and they are on a first-come, first-served basis. Prepaying for the book now guarantees you a yearbook! Act quickly, you do not want to miss out on this great opportunity!
SPORTS:
Attention Panthers! Our football program is looking for committed students to join our support staff team. We need dependable individuals to help in a variety of important roles that keep our program running at a championship level. This is a great opportunity to be part of the Panther football family, build leadership skills, and make an impact behind the scenes. If you’re interested in being part of something bigger and helping the Panthers succeed, please attend a meeting on Tuesday, May 26th, after school in Coach Welch's Room (109s) at 3:10 PM. The meeting should last approximately 20 minutes. Attending the meeting will not be a final commitment, but an opportunity to gather information for what this opportunity looks like.
Attention all girls interested in playing basketball: There will be a brief meeting after school on Wednesday, May 27th, in the Gym A Team Room. Please see Coach Pavelonis with any questions.
If you missed the Girls Bowling meeting, you can still get the summer information from Coach Krack by emailing her at skrack@uths.net.
CLUBS:
Join us today, Friday, May 22nd, for FCA’s Fields of Faith event. There will be food, games, and personal testimonials shared by our leaders. Bring a friend and enjoy the last event being held by FCA for this school year
