England and Scotland Trip
If you weren't able to come to the meeting and are interested in the England and Scotland trip for 2028 please stop by Mrs. Monson's room 223E for a brochure and the code to see all the trip information. There is a $250 discount until September 18th and if you sign up you could win one of the four $500 scholarships towards your trip.
Homecoming week starts on Monday September 14th and with that comes fun dress days! Monday's theme will be “The Featherington Look” Please wear bright and colorful clothes to show your school spirit!
Homecoming tickets will be sold next week at the student store, single tickets are $13 and couple tickets will be $25. If you buy the tickets at the dance prices will go up!
If you are interested in participating in this year's Powderpuff game on Wednesday, September 16th, sign-ups are available in the general office!

There is no password, no cost, and no sign-up required. Your school Chromebook will connect automatically whenever you are within range.

The service works in East Moline, Silvis, Carbon Cliff, and Colona, although signal strength may vary depending on your location.
COUNSELING:
Attention Seniors wanting to re-take the ACT. We will offer the ACT on October 23rd at UTHS. Please sign up in the counseling office by September 31st. Please see Mrs. Whitcher in the counseling office if you have any questions.
It is AP testing sign up time. If you are in an AP class you will sign up for the test with your teacher. For all other AP testing, please come to the counseling office and ask for the signup sheet. See Mrs. Whitcher if you have any questions.
CLUBS:
The Link Crew cookout for freshmen has been rescheduled. Link Crew will host the cookout on Wednesday, September 16th, before the Powderpuff football game. At 6 pm, come to the Panther Pitch for a hot dog, chips and to reconnect with your leader before watching or playing in the Powderpuff game.
