In a day of great economic hardship for families and children, Soles for Children Inc., now in its 11th year of service, is holding a free giveaway of new coats and shoes for Quad-Cities Children in need. In addition to coats and shoes, children can get free haircuts/styles, free food, plus hats, mittens, and socks. PARENTS MUST BE PRESENT WITH CHILDREN IN ORDER TO RECEIVE SHOES AND COATS.
